Bro. William Douglas

He may have been the ironmonger of that name who was Sheriff in 1816 and 1817; a Stoney Stanton turnpike road tolls-mortgagee in 1832; and a Holy Trinity church feoffee from 1838, who bequeathed £10 for buying a new stove for the recently built St. Peters Church, Hillfields, possibly dying in 1849.
