Biog – John Wyley
John Wyley (brother of Francis Wyley) made two dwellings of the Charterhouse. He was a trustee of the Corn Exchange company; he was also a trustee of Bayley’s School, of Edward’s Charity and of the Coventry Union Banking Co. He was a churchwarden of St. Michael’s in 1854. He died during the autumn of 1865.

Bro. Edward Shaw He was described as a breeches-maker and glovemaker from Cross Cheaping Ward when he was made a freeman of the City in 1773. In masonic records he was initially referred to as a leather seller, but later as a maltster.
Biog – William Douglas
Bro. William Douglas He may have been the ironmonger of that name who was Sheriff in 1816 and 1817; a Stoney Stanton turnpike road tolls-mortgagee in 1832; and a Holy Trinity church feoffee from 1838, who bequeathed £10 for buying a new stove for the recently built St. Peters Church, Hillfields, possibly dying in 1849.

Bro. Samuel Barton A silkweaver from Much Park Street Ward, he was admitted to the freemanship in 1770. Masonic records describe him as a ribbon weaver, but later as a victualler. He became landlord of the Salutation Inn in Much Park Street where the Royal Cumberland Chapter met between 1801 and 1806.
